Terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Registered business name] (“Wobblo”, “we”, “us”), [Registered address], Surat, Gujarat 395007, which runs the online store at www.wobblo.in. They apply whenever you browse the website, create an account or buy from us.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and don’t need a physical or digital signature. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy and Cancellation policy. Nothing in these Terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
• You log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure — anyone with access to it can log in to your account.
• Give us accurate names, phone numbers and addresses so we can deliver your orders.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the website, offers or Cash on Delivery, or break these Terms.

Every toy we sell carries the BIS Standard Mark, as required by the Toys (Quality Control) Order, 2020. Each product page shows the recommended age, safety warnings and manufacturer or importer details.

• Please follow the age grading and warnings on the page and the box. Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 years.
• Young children should always play under adult supervision.
• Pictures and illustrations show the product as closely as we can, but colours and finishes can vary slightly between batches and screens.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The MRP and any discount are shown on every product.
• Delivery (₹49 below ₹499), the Cash on Delivery fee (₹49) and gift wrap (₹49) are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
• Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay and get an extra 5% off. Your bank’s or Razorpay’s own terms also apply to the payment.
• Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000 on serviceable pincodes and must be confirmed by phone before we ship.
• If a price or product detail is clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it was confirmed.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the toys in it. We send an order confirmation straight away; the contract is complete when we dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when a toy is out of stock, the address can’t be served, the order breaks quantity limits, or it looks fraudulent. If you’ve already paid, we refund you in full.

Shipping, cancellations and returns are covered by our Shipping, Cancellation and Returns & refunds policies, which form part of these Terms. Large or business orders are handled through Bulk orders.

• One coupon can be used per order; the prepaid discount applies on top where shown at checkout.
• Each offer has its own conditions (minimum order, first order only, validity dates), shown with the offer.
• Coupons have no cash value and can’t be exchanged, transferred or combined unless the offer says so.
• If an order with a coupon is partly returned, the refund is the amount actually paid for the returned toys, after the discount.
• We may withdraw an offer or cancel orders that misuse offers (for example many accounts used to repeat a first-order coupon).

We love honest reviews. When you post a review, rating or photo, you confirm it’s your own genuine experience and give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on our website and social media with your first name and city.

We show every genuine review, positive or negative, in line with the Bureau of Indian Standards’ guidelines on online consumer reviews (IS 19000:2022). We may remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the product, contain personal information or advertising, or appear to be fake or paid. Reviews marked “Verified buyer” come from customers who bought and received that product from us.

Please don’t:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
• copy, scrape or reuse our content, product data or images without written permission;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or other customers’ accounts;
• buy toys for resale without a bulk-order agreement with us.

The Wobblo name and logo, the website design, illustrations, text and Play Guide articles belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

We take care to describe our toys accurately and keep the website available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for losses caused by misuse of a toy or ignoring its age grading and safety warnings. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

This doesn’t limit our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for defective products and deficient service.

We work with partners such as Razorpay (payments), courier companies (delivery), email providers (order emails) and WhatsApp (support chats). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. Links to other websites, for example in the Play Guide, are for your convenience — we don’t control those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We’ll always try to resolve a problem with you directly first — please contact our customer care or Grievance Officer. Subject to your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (including online through e-Daakhil) or the National Consumer Helpline (1915), the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
